Warren Bartholomew • CFO

Warren Bartholomew has over 20 years of accounting and finance experience working in several public and private companies. He is a licensed CPA that worked 3 years in public accounting for Deloitte & Touche. He has spent the last 12 years in four separate companies working with private equity groups with multiple entities in both domestic and foreign locations. He has extensive experience working with several types of financial institutions refinancing debt for both structured, asset base lending and lease financing.

Mr. Bartholomew he has been involved and performed work at all levels on several acquisitions and divestures. His background includes consolidation of operations, cost cutting strategies with all fixed and variable expenses, designing and restructuring costing accounting systems, budget and forecasting models, and extensive involvement in several manufacturing operations. He has been the lead person on all types of financial, tax, and risk management audits. He has been involved with bank foreclosures on assets and chapter 11 bankruptcy filings.
